You probably need to hire a lawyer to get a higher settlement value. Filing a lawsuit may be necessary, also.

You should send this person a letter stating that the statements he is making are false and are damaging you and he must cease and desist before you are damaged further.

How much did you pay him? What were the services he was required to perform per your agreement? If your case is in litigation, you can substitute him out and replace him with another attorney. You can also file a complaint with the State bar.

You can start with a demand letter from an attorney. You might see some progress before taking more costly steps.
You can sue, but its probably better to start with a demand letter.
They are responsible to pay for all the damage they caused even if you incidentally get some extra benefit from that.
You can write him a letter saying that his car is now considered trespassing and will be towed at his expense if he doesn't move it.

Your description of the events is a little vague and therefore difficult for me to answer the question. Do you think their termination of you is based on age discrimination? If not and you are upset only because they humiliated you, your damages may not be high enough to warrant a lawsuit.
You can start by having an attorney send them a letter on your behalf.
