    Military deserter warrants often contain a "no bail" provision. This means that though bail may be set by the civilians for the civilian offense, the civilians will likely hold him until the Navy authorizes his release. If he is released without the Navy's consent, the Navy will likely re-issue the warrant. He will eventually have to account for his status with the Navy.
