Back in the 90's I was just a kid, living in a violent and abusive household with a father who was an alcoholic and a stepmom who beat us for fun. My grandmother had to fight hard to get my brother and I out of there, which can be a challenge when my father was able to work and make a living. He was ...normal on the outside but violent on the inside. Somehow Pat O'Gorman did it! She helped my grandmother get custody of us and save us from that house of hell. To this day, my grandmother still send thank you chirstmas cards to Pat O'Gorman because we are all so grateful for everything she's done.

Abrasive and uncaring. I heard she was tough so I thought that would be good. Did not do some things I asked even though they made sense. She was always difficult to talk with and very condescendingly angry. The only time I received a polite email that I remember was when she requested payment on a ...bill. Overall, she made a bad experience much worse. I don't know why she always seemed so angry.

I thought she would be good in my case as she comes off tough. She would send many letters to my ex's attorney, who would then send a letter back. Nothing, and I mean nothing was ever accomplished or agreed upon between the two. When I would call to voice my frustrations as to how my case was procee...ding, I would get the cold shoulder from her assistant. I then sent an email stating my dissatisfaction, and was promptly dropped that day as her client. When you do not have an attorney that cares about your situation, or even thinks that you should have some say in your own case, the whole process becomes time consuming, expensive and very very stressful. They were unprofessional and uncaring, to say the least.
