About Me

"Connecting the legal needs of you and your loved ones to the resources of the nation's leading estate, elder care and special needs planning resources."

Heidi M. Eglash established her independent law office after more than a decade of corporate and small-firm practice in a wide variety of areas. Recognizing a strong interest in promoting the success of small business and the sound stewardship of human and financial resources by individuals, Heidi chose to apply her broad knowledge and experience to serving individual and business clients in the resolution of their legal issues, from the routine to the unexpected, in her select range of legal practice areas. In 2013, Heidi joined WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel, two of the nation's leading networks of planning attorneys, in order to offer her clients access to the highest-quality planning tools available. Heidi's aim is to consistently provide clients with valuable services and dedicated representation, delivered with professionalism and integrity, that allow her clients to be fully informed of their choices and projected outcomes, confident in their decisions, and able to achieve the best possible solutions to their legal questions or concerns.

A Milwaukee native and first-generation American, Heidi earned degrees in International Business and German from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin, and in Law from Tulane Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has traveled extensively through student exchange programs and personal trips to visit friends and family in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, among other places. Before making her home in La Crosse in 1999, she graduated from the Future Milwaukee community leadership program, and she utilizes this background in her involvement in various community organizations and initiatives in La Crosse and southwestern Wisconsin.

Heidi values her home life with her husband, 2 step-children and the family pets. In addition to traveling, she enjoys attending concerts, plays and art exhibitions, participating in all the great outdoor activities the Coulee Region offers, watching movies, reading, cooking, practicing yoga and spending time with family and friends.
