Description: Reversed county's refusal of permit in single family residential zoning where plaintiff sought sale to residence to thirteen owners, each of whom would have single family occupancy for four weeks each year. The zoning administrator, then the zoning board of appeals, and then the local circuit court determined that proposed use would violate county zoning that restricts use of the property to single family dwellings. The Wisconsin Court of Appeals reversed and granted plaintiff permits because the proposed use by one family at a time was not prohibited.
