Jean represented me in a most complicated matter ranging from child custody, property division, post judgement modification and business dissolution. During which time I was also being sued for an auto accident in another state. Jean balanced my legal issues and has uncanny foresight to see events before they unfolded and prepared and navigated me through what seems to be an unending vast array of legal messes. Even when I was at my worst, both mentally and physically drained, Jean was diligient in her quest to protect my interests and get me through it all. As all excellent attorneys are expected to do she tackled all of my legal issues as if they were her own and helped restore my life and protect me from financial ruin. If you have a complicated divorce followed by post judgment modification, child custody, unaddressed property division, and business dissolution all while being sued or any family matter less complicated requiring legal remedy I highly recommend Jean. This endorsement will never be enough to repay her, but its the least I can do so that others in need of a excellent attorney will have the same protection in perhaps the most trying time of thier lives.

My Divorce took a long time, every step of the way was a battle with my EX and her Attorney. To say they were difficult to deal with is an understatement. Jean agreed to jump into my mess in the middle of the game as I decided to seek different representation and thus hired Jean…..she was able to quickly comprehend my Agreement of Legal Separation, what the outstanding issues and battles where (and there where many) and bring everything to a positive conclusion including
converting my Legal Separation to a Divorce. She provided sound legal advice and was not afraid to fight for my rights and for what I wanted. I am grateful she was willing to take over my battle in middle
of it as I believe most others would have declined to get involved under those circumstances.

Well lets start by saying my ex had made my divorce HELL!! Jean had no problems what so ever in handling my divorce. Jean always kept me informed of what was going on, explained everything because I had no idea what was going on or what to do. Jean is a wonderful person, she had even gone on maturnaty leave for ONE week and was back working on my case. Jean Capriotti wil NOT let you down.

Jean is taking very good care of me. My almost ex is doing everything he can to stall the divorce so it is not final. I trust that she is making the best recommendations to me so that our divorce will be fair on both sides. Jean returns my calls and emails right away. I would not have been able to handle this without her. Her billing practice is quite fair and even found her to be most cost affective than a couple other lawyers I interviewed before hiring Jean. Hopefully none of my family or close friend will be in this situation but if they are I will definitely give them Jean's name and number.

My experience with Jean was WONDERFUL.My divorce was very complicated and I had hardly any money. My ex did not want to give me a divorce but he wanted to take everything I had and worst of all he was trying to take my dog that he would beat. I was desperate then i found Jean and met with her. She assured me everything would be fine. Then she set a rate I could afford with a payment plan and got to work. She really did turn everything around for me and I ended up getting exactly what I needed and wanted. My ex even tried to come after me afterwards with demands and she shut him right down right away for me at no charge. Jean was VERY professional, knowledgeable, responsive, detail orientated, understanding, fair, hard working, organized, and VERY protective of her client. Jean is a wonderful and goodhearted attorney that I would recommend all day to everyone and anyone that needs any kind of legal help. I definately feel that my divorce would not have went at all in my favor without her. THANK YOU SO... MUCH JEAN! Promised to do entire divorce for a flat rate, wasn't organized, didn't know what she was doing - no one in Madison, WI knows her. Ended up withdrawing and charging twice the flat rate in billings. Avoid her at all costs.
