    You do not want to jeopardize your insurance coverage by not cooperating with your insurance company. From your question it seems that your insurance company is just disclosing your policy limits, not paying them.

    Given your duty to cooperate i would.

    You will find it hard to get an attorney to handle this type of case on a contingent fee. If you want an attorney then expect to pay an hourly rate plus a potential $ retainer.
