About me

Melissa is a member of the firm’s Banking and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group.  She is responsible for all aspects of state court receiverships, including representing and advising receivers and creditors.  She also represents financial institutions and creditors in work-outs, refinancing, and bankruptcy and adversary proceedings.  Melissa additionally assists with and advises on various business litigation matters.
