About Me

I am a partner of Wassel, Harvey & Schuk, LLP, a general practice law firm, who has been representing clients in the Whitewater, Delavan, Elkhorn, Lake Geneva areas during my practice.  I have also expanded to not only represent those in Walworth County, but Rock, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha and Jefferson counties as well.  As time has gone on, my landlord tenant practice has grown immensly.  I recieve clients from both other attorneys, as well as other clients to represent them in evictions and other landlord tenant issues.

  • Noah D. Fiedler

Brian was opposing counsel in a case dealing with the rental and use of an airplane hangar in rural southern Wisconsin. He was prepared, thorough, and knowledgeable. Although we disagreed on just about everything, he was very professional, and a good lawyer. I still seek Brian's advice from time to time on a variety of legal issues.
