David W. Stamp is a shareholder in the firm of Ball, Kirk & Holm, P.C., in Waterloo, Iowa, practicing primarily in the areas of worker’s compensation, personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.
Mr. Stamp received his B.A. degree, with highest honors, from the University of Northern Iowa in 1983 and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1986. Mr. Stamp was admitted to practice law in Iowa in 1986, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa in 1987.
Mr. Stamp only represents injured workers and victims of negligence. Additionally, he is involved in several organizations which advocate for the rights of injured people, including the Iowa Association for Justice, the IAJ Workers' Compensation Core Group, the American Association For Justice and the Workplace Injury Litigation Group.
In addition to working as a trial lawyer, Mr. Stamp enjoys educating the public and other lawyers, whether as an adjunct professor, a mock trial coach, or speaking at professional seminars.
