Description: Mr. Bruski was involved in a minor collision during a heavy downpour. He was then struck by a second motorist after leaving his car, and suffered the amputation of a leg. His economic damages were fully covered by no fault PIP benefits, and we achieved a verdict for $875,000.00 for his non-econmic damages (i.e., pain and suffering, loss of mobility, loss of enjoyment of life, etc.).
