Drafting and executing Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, advance medical directives ("Living Wills";) drafting and funding Trusts; advising and working with individual fiduciaries, such as agents, trustees, and personal representatives. I also review and revise, as needed, estate plans drafted by other attorneys which may be out of date, due to changes in family circumstances, or changes in the law. I often travel to client's homes, hospitals and retirement homes to accommodate their needs.

Representation of Personal Representatives, beneficiaries and other individuals with an interest in the proper administration of a probate estate. I also advise, and represent trustees in the administration of family trusts. I provide advice and assistance in dealing with creditors, banks, mortgage companies, appraisers, tax preparers, and beneficiaries of the estate or trust being administered.
