    Less fines. Less points. Less drivers responsibility fees. It is well worth the effort to get a reduction in the charge. I would suggest you hire an attorney. Good luck.

    It is difficult to answer this because there are not enough facts. Although a person is charged with a CSC they may have plead to a lesser offense that does not require reporting. These people that you are discussing may not be relating the facts of their case as accurately as possible. I hope that helps.

    If he was discharged from probation then no. A civil judgment may be entered and the state could still collect.

    Failing the first test is not fatal. If you continue to test positive It could hurt. Hire a local criminal defense atto% new ASAP.

    The longer he stays away the worst it will be for him. It would be helpful to know who the Judge was. Some of the judges in Grand Rapids are more reasonable than others when it comes to probation violations. Get a local attorney who knows the lay of the land. Good luck.
