We used him for a guardianship case that ended so fast that we could have waited and handled it ourselves. We started that way but another state was involved and thought we needed a atty. The court house gave us many names and we chose Feldman. He took our retainer on a Visa, sent us an email to maintain contact but he never has answered one email. The case was over before we got his contract, but did still sign and return. The contract stated we would have a monthly billing showing all charges etc. We have called his office apprx 8 times, billing said he would get back, front office said the same. Emails have been unanswered. He took our money and has not accounted for how he used it and we do not feel he used the whole retainer at all.
To me the billing department could still send a bill or statement as said in THEIR contract.
I would not recommend this man for his work ethics when dealing with the client. He did know his stuff in regards to the law but does not know how to treat people once he has their Money.
Beware and if you do use him.

Mr. Feldman handled my child guardianship/custody case and did a wonderful job.

I used Mr. Feldman for my divorce in 2001. He quoted me a fixed price, but charged me much more when it was all said and done. I had refused to pay the extra, but he threatened wage garnishment, so I caved and am working to pay him off. Although he did what I needed him to do, he was extremely impersonal. I had to make repeated telephone calls to him to get information (which were addtional charges every time I called).

Mr. Feldman helped me tremendously through my custody case with my ex. My lawyer from my divorce didn't want to help me, because "custody cases are hard", but Mr. Feldman listened to me and told me the pros and cons of each item i felt was important. He was aggressive but ethical.
