I called Steve, at about noon, with a question about a DMCA notice. He called me back that night at about 9:00pm. I can't say he can afford everyone the same luxury, but I was impressed. He took the time to understand my situation, he explained the risks I might face, and he helped me understand what I needed to do next. He was very polite and personable which helped to calm my nerves.
He gave me advise on a internet copy right issue, he explained everything in detail, when I got off the phone I felt confident that I don't need a second opinion...Excellent service and prompt response.
I am very happy with Steve's services on my Copyright case ,he was very helpful and explained every thing to me and he kept me updated .Thanks steve.
Steve gave me good advice & explained a lot of things about a tricky matter of Internet law. He always treated me with respect, & was very thoughtful about keeping costs down. Wish all lawyers were like him!
I am very happy with Steve's services when he helped me go through an incident involving a lawsuit
Steve provided advice and services in dealing with Voltage Pictures and the copyright trolls, the U.S. Copyright Group (USCG), in their blanket lawsuit against file sharers of some movies, which I did not share. He kept me informed as to the situation and what my options were, did research on how things were progressing, and wrote correspondence on my behalf to help prevent escalation of legal problems and fines. Having legal representation helped me feel more comfortable in not succumbing to what was essentially a shakedown by USCG to collect money from people regardless of whether they committed copyright infringement or not. Steve is knowledgeable about the subject matter and communicated well about the case even after moving across the country.
