    Frequently the other charges are civil infractions. For instances, the reason you may have been pulled over may have been a civil infraction (ie: drivng left of center). The OWI charge is the misdeamenor charge, so you're best bet is to fight all the charges together. If you decide to take a plea, then the civil infrations may be worked in with the deal. You would not want to plea to one and then address the others at a later time.
