Michael B. Haley

Michael lacks experience. He is a great talker, however he doesn't have the experience to do a good job for his clients. His intentions may be good but his outcomes and communication are poor. He went into the judge chambers armed with evidence and came out with never having shown any of the facts to... the judge but agreeing to the opposing sides recomendation to put a receiver over our company. Once that happened we were done. The receiver intended to bankrupt the compnay or force an agreement. Since the opposing side had no investment in the company at all they had nothing to lose. It is sad Michael didn't see that ahead of time and not agree to the receiver or choose to not present our evidence to the judge.
