Todd is an excellent lawyer. He will tell you what he know and when he should not work on something. There nothing he couldn't do for us. He is extremely fair with pricing and hours. I have always been happy with the work that he has done for our businesses.
He is not intimidated by anyone. He listens to his clients.

Mr. Gers was able to adjust my debt owed to Citizens Bank well in excess of my expectation and he reduced the outstanding rent I owed to the landlord as a result of our Curves excersize facility going out of business. It was done in a professional manner with considerably less expense and aggravation than I expected. I highly recomend Todd when concerns arise. I was really satisfied.

My girlfriend and I were both looking at the option of filing Bankruptcy. I had been to one lawyer and his fees were over $3000. I couldn't come up with that kind of money. I heard a radio add for Todd I was a little apprenhensive calling a Lawyer who's add I heard on the Radio. But after the initial interview all my concerns were laid to rest. Both my girlfriend and I use him for our filings and they went very smoothly.

Todd has put together a few different documents for my businesses. He is knowledgeable and fast.
