Be very careful with this attorney. He is very well versed with the legal system and plays the "game" very well to benefit his gains. His best quality: he likes to bill out hours and string your case along unnecessary to achieve this. I had a small case that should have been done and over with in 4 months. ( If my work would have been done in a timely manor and as promised). He always has a full plate and is very seldome in his office. Lots of delays in communicating and don't expect your needs to be taken care of in a timely manor or for that matter, taken care of at all. He has a full legal team doing a majority of his work for him so expect being billed, not only by him, but by at least two to three other attorneys each month, plus whom ever else he can employ at the firm each month. My case ended up costing a tad north of $200,000. It dragged on for a total of 11 months. If you re willing to give him your money he will take it. Consider him a salesman. He can sell you just about anything. In the end, did I get my monies worth, or the results that he assured would take place, I think not. He called it a fair settlement. It was fair because the entire settlement check went from my hand to his, plus some. My experience with this attorney validates why our legal system is so very broken and why attorneys are considered bottom feeders! My lesson learned: better to go with a smaller firm where the client matters vs. a big firm where the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I don't know how this attorney can sleep at night. If it happened to me it will happen to you. Fair warning he is a partner of this firm and must make his quota of billed hours each month, so I hear.
