Randy G. Martinuzzi

Mr. Martinuzzi began his career as a cost account for Perry Drugs, a nationally recognized retailer. Later he obtained a law degree, and formed his own law firm specializing in construction and real estate law.

After practicing law for 12 years, he was hired by a Michigan construction company as its Vice President and General Counsel while it completed high profile jobs as a tier one contractor (Greek town Casino in Detroit, Michigan and the Detroit Lions Football Stadium/Ford Field). Building upon these successes, in 2004 he formed River City Contracting, LLC, to act as a tier one contractor on national projects. Again, River City Contracting, LLC, successfully completed Bush Stadium for the St. Louis Cardinals under Hunt Construction Group, Ray Fischer Stadium for the University of Michigan under DeMaria and the NAVRES Administration Building for the U.S. Navy in Virginia and RDU Airport in North Carolina, both for Archer-Western Contractors. During these projects, Mr. Martinuzzi's responsibility included contract compliance, estimating, bidding, purchasing and field operations (scheduling, coordination and quality control).

In 2008, Mr. Martinuzzi was retained by Veritas to perform a review as to contract compliance and make financial assessments on construction projects that were under the management and control of Veritas. As of 2010, Mr. Martinuzzi became the Vice President of Construction Management Operations.

Additionally, Mr. Martinuzzi is certified in blue print reading by the Construction Association of Michigan and in masonry design and processes by the Michigan Masonry Institute and has been a speaker on Construction Lien Law and Strategies for the National Business Institute.
