About me

My practice is concentrated in complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. A significant portion of my litigation experience has been in business break-ups, corporate and partnership dissolutions, shareholder disputes and related valuation issues.  I have argued appellate cases in the Michigan Supreme Court, the Michigan Court of Appeals as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits.
