If the offense occurred in Washtenaw County, then you are still in good shape to remedy this situation. If you pleaded guilty, got an appointment with probation, and received a notice for another court date, then it is for a sentencing. You can go to sentencing and do one of two things: either ask the judge to grant you HYTA (Holmes Youthful Trainee Act) status, or, ask for time to get an attorney to review your case before sentencing because you did not have the benefit of one when you entered...
