He endured 2 surgeries, adding hardware and then removing same. Final offer was $20,000 from Defendant's insurance company and the matter went to trial in front of a jury. Jury found for the Plaintiff and awarded him $250,000.00 for his pain and suffering in the accident. The verdict was not appealed.
