    ask your bankruptcy attorney. Maybe the trustee will take the funds? It is hard to say. If you have a bankruptcy attorney they should be able to advise you on that. Good luck.

    The best move would be to contact a lawyer in your State. From the facts I cannot advise you what to do. Additionally, you need a lawyer in your State to properly negotiate with the insurance company and review the releases. Good luck

    In Michigan a defamation case must be filed in one year of the defamation. Call an attorney to find out if it is too late to sue. Also, be prepared to pay a large cash retainer for your attorney to represent you in this matter. Good luck.

    A personal representative will be appointed to represent the Estate. In Michigan the highest in priority would be the children, so generally their guardian would be the personal representative. After the case is settled the funds will be distributed to the interested parties by consent or order of the probate court. It can be set up as a trust at the time of distribution or settlement.     Who printed this false foreclosure and why? How did it happen? You might be able to get a lawyer under the right circumstances and a large cash retainer which may exceed your recovery. Good luck.

    Consider yourself lucky if you do not have permanent damages. Medical malpractice cases are very expensive and without permanent damages they are generally declined. Contact a malpractice attorney in your State if you want to see if you can find an attorney to handle the case. Good luck

    Without a permanent and severe injury it will be very difficult to find an attorney to handle a medical malpractice case. They are very expensive and if the damages are not large, they will usually be declined. You can call a malpractice attorney in your area. Good luck

    Internet litigation can be very tricky and defamation cases very expensive with no insurance in many cases. If you have a large cash retainer to hire a lawyer you should be able to find one. Good luck to you.
