Outcome: major transactions completed

Description: Among transactions were a multi billion dollar "take or pay" supply contract for magnesium between GM and Norsk Hydro; agreements for equity investments by GM in companies such as Giner, General Hydrogen, and Hydrogenics; agreement for sale of manufacturing facilities; major government contracts, Cooperative Agreements, CRADAs and "other transactions".
