I was fired after months of harassment and discrimination by a bullying, woman hating boss. The company ignored my complaints, and in fact after I complained things just got worse. Ms. Renner assisted me in obtaining a severance package and a letter of recommendation. She did a great job, was actually sincere, and I liked her as a person, not just as a professional doing a job for me. And, she brings her dog to work. Very cool.
