    You always have the right to decide to proceed to trial. No person can force you to plead guilty. If you no longer wish to work with your current attorney, See if you can retain counsel on your own to help with this very important decision.

    Failure to hook up to EHM is a violation of your community corrections contract. You do, however, seem to have some extenuating circumstances. Consult with an attorney regarding these.
