Your questions would require a detailed analysis of the medial records and doctors reports . as you know you can only get TT based on an allowed condition. I do not know if you have ever been MMI . I would be happy to speak with you privately.

For car accidents in ohio the recovery is for the decrease in value of your car, usually based on the cost of repairs unless the cost exceeds the value of your car, plus diminuation in value. The second damage piece is the loss the value of a car has because it was in an accident. So its based on the future sale price. Its hard to get. But if you do not want to take the insurance offer you will have to sue the person who caused the accident. then if you get a judgement the insurance company...

What I look at when someone asks do I need an attoreny for my personal injury case is whether I can add value. Do I think I can get you more in your pocket than you can get for yourself. I also look at what is the potential for youinjury settlement if things do not heal up as anticipated. In that case I'm likely to get a client as much as they get for themselves and maybe more if their injury turns out to be serious. If a person has only been to the emergency room and has had one follow up...

It is hard to say with the limited information you provide. You must show that Krogers was negligent and their negligence was a cause of your fall. So if they caused an unreasonably dangerous condition to exist or had actual or constructive notice of an unreasonably dangerous condition and did not fix it you may have a claim. In Ohio if the condition is deemed open and obvious the courts say the store has no duty and therefore you can not recover. You should sit down with a lawyer...

You CERTAINLY NEED TO DISCUSS THIS WITH AN EXPERIENCED PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER. tHEY SHOULD REVIEW THE POLICE REPORT AND THE FACTs OF THE ACCIDENT WITH ANY WITNESSES. (Sorry for the caps there.) But your daughter has suffered greatly and you really need to get the whole case reviewed as well as possible sources of recovery. Your own auto policy may have underinsured motorist benfits that covers your daughter. Possbly her mother's policy of automobile insurance could be a source of recovery. A...

Cincinnati Car / Auto Accident Lawyer, Ask your lawyer if you have medical payments coverage in your own automobile policy. This pays for medical bills incurred in a car accident regardless of fault. I have had success getting that money paid directly to the client to live on. Although in Ohio it has to be paid back out of recovery. There is no interest charged and sometime you can get them to waive the pay back. These policies run from $1000 to genrally $5000 although I have seen one for $...

Do not let the insurance company talk you into a fast settlement. Once you sign the case is over. Make sure you follow your doctor's advice and wait until you get better before you settle. Also do not let them record your statement , because it could be used against you. I've put a few links below so you can educate yourself about the best steps to take. I wish you a speedy recovery. Take a look at the personal injury videos and the car accident and personal injury practice center....

When I was just out of law school a client claimed they drank a softdrink and felt something in their mouth. they spit it out and it was a worm. This was during a spaghetti dinner which was promptly thrown up. I rember we recovered $300. But that was when I was just a newbie. There is a special statue on this which makes it easier to prove a claim for damages. The best thing is to always talk with a laywer. Also save the evidence. You may be able to resolve this yourself if no lawyer...
