Description: Served on USDC Court Appointed Steering Committees in litigation arising out of the following commercial flight accidents: Northwest 255 at Detroit; TWA Flight 800 off of Long Island; Egypt Air Flight 990 near Cape Cod; Swiss Air Flight 111 Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia; and Air Force CT-43 near Dubrovnick, Croatia. Served on the litigation and trial teams for Nothwest 255; Usair 405 and Usair 427. Served as Plaintiff's Liason Counsel in Egypt Air Flight 990 and as Liason and Lead Counsel in , IN RE Cessna 208B Products Liability Litigation.
