Biography
I have been privileged to engage in the private practice of law for many years, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a great variety of practice areas. I was honored to serve as Chair of the Litigation and Employment Law Department and as Managing Partner at the firm of Wood & Lamping, LLP, in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 2008, I retired from the partnership and went of counsel. Since 2008, I have limited my professional time to the dispute resolution practices of arbitration and mediation.
In addition to the areas of complex ciivil litigation, I have a great deal of experience in the field of ERISA, employee benefits, employment discrimination and all aspects of employment law.
I have locations in both Ohio and Florida and travel in all states for both arbitration and mediation cases. I welcome the opportunity to utilize my broad experience to assist counsel anywhere in resolving disputes outside the courtroom, since I spent so many years in that arena.
