Christina Rose Edmondson

"Tina" took our case and then totally dropped the ball. It was filed finally and then she didn't show up to court and the case was dismissed. She was supposed to refile our case and we spent many hours redoing her sloppy work and trying to track her down by phone or email. Each time we finally met wi...th her she would tell us all her personal problems and give excuses a mile long. She abandoned her practice in Kentucky and even our certified mail was returned to us. If she reads this-"Tina you know who we are and how you have hurt us. "

I hired Tina Edmondson when she was with a firm in Cincinnati. By the time my check cleared she was working on her own. After a couple months she was impossible to reach by phone E-mail or text. I went to her office after I had not heard from in in months and found out she was evicted. Her cell and ...office phones were turned off. I went to the courthouse that day and found out my case was about to be dismissed because she was not responding to the other attorneys mail, calls and she had missed court appearance. I had to get the case file and pay for the copy fees. I also had to hire another attorney who just barely saved me from my case being dismissed and me having to pay the person I was suing attorney fees. She still can not be found to get files or information from. Her actions nearly cost me a few thousand dollars and had my case dismissed through no fault of mine. I had paid her 2000.00 dollars.

I worked with her for quite some time. She never had a client by the name of Angelique. She is known in the legal community as joke. She frequently does not show up for court, takes clients money and does not perform work, takes on cases she knows nothing about legally, files documents with out pro...per supporting documentation, and has motions denied because of sheer incompetence. Working with her is dangerous for your professional reputation. She truly does not know what she is doing.

Ms. Edmondson is a hard working, ethical and passionate attorney. I found her a pleasure to work with and have recommended her to my friends and family. She really came through on her evaluations of our case, which resulted in a positive outcome. I recommended one of my friends to utilize her se...rvices, they were extremely pleased. They needed a lot of guidance through their very difficult circumstance, and Tina really walked them through everything with respect and dignity that their previous attorney did not give them.
