I was personally represented by this public defender. So I just want to let you know this is a first hand experience. .not word of mouth. First off she waived my fast and speedy trial without me knowing. ..secondly she never even asked me my side of the story. .third the only options she gave me was...

Replied last March 20, 2017Usually when someone states "this is all true", it usually isn't. Although you didn't stand behind this erroneous statement by signing your name, I know who you are. None of this information is true. Given atty client privilege, I will not state the facts. However, I can say that your private atty did not contact me. I heard him at a continuing education conference asking local attys for help on your case since he is from out of county. I informed him fully about your cases and the weaknesses in the state's case and even offered to help FOR FREE! Discovery was not provided to him because I DONT HAVE IT. So I guess when you called me and thanked me profusely for all of the help I've given you, that you were lying? Or are you lying now??
