Depending on the sentence you were given it's possible that you could be removed from the country(deported) instead of getting citizenship. I would never recommend to the client apply during the five-year look back period. It also may be something you can overcome with proper representation but not before five years since you have successfully terminated any probation. You must get an immigration...

Westchester area three court is the first one that pops into my mind, There isn't even an opportunity to go on the record and enter plea after the pretrial . Also the Kettering Municipal Court in the Dayton area does not require the defendant to be present at all pretrials. i was just in Kettering today to enter a plea on a case that we pre-tried last week between me the prosecutor and the judge alone. Which court is...

Did you plead guilty to something? Did you go to trial? You can probably Search your name at the County Clerk of court where you were arrested and you should be able to find out any charges and conviction that you have.

It is hard to say based upon what you have told us I would like to know what he went to prison for if he's done it before and what his criminal record is. Also it is going to have a lot to do with the judge that sentenced him to prison and that I couldn't comment on.

You are not required in fact you have the right to remain silent. For some reason it sounds like they are investigating what happened to your boyfriend and the circumstances under which he died. I would recommend you seek a defense attorney to be present for any questioning In case they want to try to point the finger at you.
