    The challenge would be to prove that your pain is a result of the car accident. Ask your doctor for an opinion. If the doctor finds that your pain is the result of the accident then you have a chance.

    Your wife still needs to sign I-864 Form, an affidavit of support for you to adjust your status in the U.S. She can refuse to sign the affidavit. She does not need any reason to cancel your case. I-130 is her petition. The best approach is work your relationship with your wife.

    Do not send new I-485 because it would be denied because the case is with the court. You have to terminate the proceedings in court first.

    There are two options : Application for non relinquished domicile Form I 191 or his children can file on Form I 130 for Alien relatives. The second option is sleight or ward if one of his children is Us citizen.
