I highly recommend Gina Bevack as an attorney. She did excellent work for me and is an attorney I trust and turn to for all of my legal matters.
Ms. Bevack has handled several estate planning and probate filing issues for me. She is very quick to respond to any inquiries. She has a wealth of knowledge in her fields of expertise. But most importantly, she is empathetic and caring to those she is helping.
I enjoyed working both for and with Gina for 4 years, in my capacity as a Paralegal. Gina is very organized, dedicated and extremely competent in all aspects of Estate Planning. She has an excellent rapport with clients of all ages. She has great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Gina is very knowledgeable about estate planning. She answered our questions and provided advice to guide us with what is appropriate for our needs. It is a pleasure working with her and we feel confident in her expertise.
Gina did an excellent job laying out our options and answering our legal questions. She was extremely professional and personable which made us feel very comfortable, and had a very strong knowledge of estate law. She was also very helpful providing us with a few different accounts who could help us with our tax questions.
Gina is very professional and has indepth knowledge of trusts and living wills.Overall, we were very pleased with the work she did for us. She drafted separate living wills/trusts for my husband and I. The only problem we had is that when we went to put our assets into the trust (savings, checking accts) the bank would not allow a joint checking acct to be put into separate trusts. This created a problem for us. We now have separate accounts- which personally feels wrong as a married person. I don't believe she knew this would happen because when I called to discuss it she seemed surprised. In addition, it is a long tedious process to get all the joint accounts separated out. I would have paid extra to have her office handle all the paperwork involved in getting accts transferred into the trust but it wasn't an option.
Gina did wills and a trust for my husband and I. She is clearly very knowledgable in her type of law and so easy to work with. She explained the contents of our estate planning documents in a way that made it so easy to understand.
Ms. Bevack was helpful, kept me informed in a timely manner, and seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would recommend her.
