Student loans cannot be discharged with bankruptcy. Credit cards can. However, it sounds like you are considering engaging in credit card fraud. I would not advise you to do so.

Ohio allows folks to get a simple dissolution. You can probably obtain the necessary forms either online or at your local county courthouse.

If the second conviction was a minor misdemeanor you may be able to expunge the first. You should consult local counsel to find out for sure.
You can't deny him visitation if the court has ordered it. You will need to go to court and get the order modified. You should consult with a local attorney to do so.
You should contact your local legal aide office. It will be in the phone book or online. There is a process to remove a biased judge in Ohio which your legal aide attorney can discuss with you.
It depends upon the issue. Generally, a judge may rule on an issue approximately 28 days after a motion was filed. Some issues, especially complicated ones, may take up to six months to decide. At the same time, the Ohio Supreme Court has recently reprimanded a judge for taking too long to decide issues. I would consult with a local attorney on your matter.
You should at least meet with one for a free consultation to review the settlement. There will likely be no cost for you and you might have missed something.

It may be possible to reopen the judgment in the trial court for good cause. You will need to check with a local attorney.
