Description: Plaintiff was a truck driver who loaded oil well mud into transport tank of truck. Defendants had left a residue of hydrogen sulfide gas in tank and failed to warn Plaintiff. The mud displaced the gas and leaked out of the tank into the atmosphere. The plaintiff suffered brain damage because of the failure of the defendants to warn him of the toxic gas remaining in the tank
