Description: Wells Fargo put my clients on Autmatic bank draft for their mortgage payment. The money was drafted, improperly applied and lost. The bank refused to acknowledge bankstatements showing that they had received the money and started foreclosure. The money was discovered prior to foreclosure, however, Wells Fargo would not allow it to be applied to my clients Mortgage balance or payments.
