response to the review of the so called "client" of Mr. Wachsman
The person who rated Mr. Wachsman & commented on him was obviously a defendant in a case & not a client. As a result they do not understand his role in trying to negotiate a settlement. He has vast experience in the collection world and is an excellent attorney to hire for collecting owed debt.

Not good enough for Mr. Wachsman time
don't wait for a call back from the firm or Mr. Wachsman himself, it won't happen. And the receptionist must have forgotten part of her job title -reception.....never heard a business phone answered as rudely as this receptionist does
