Outcome: $3.5 million verdict plus $2.2 million settlement

Description: Ms. Jordan was paralyzed from the neck down due to a misdiagnosed brain stem stroke. Several of the defendants settled before trial and we proceeded to trial against the family doctors. A Pensacola jury awarded $3.5 million.
