    My ex Is Court ordered to pay monthly child support. He chose to pay 3 months in advance. Now he's having financial difficulties and is demanding I return him the money or he will go to judge. Am I obligated to return the advance support?

    No. If he gave it to you voluntarily, you can keep it as advance support payments.

    There is no legal way to enforce an "Agreement" that was never adopted or ratified by the Court. If legal recourse is sought, there must be jurisdiction for the Court to get involved.
