Mr Wallach has my respect. He has helped me as I've been wading in a hell of paperwork trying to expose a criminal who constantly lies. Jordan Wallach knows criminal law and can evaluate complicated situations to produce the truth. He has helped to unravel the issues that concern this conman. The ...criminal not only stole money from me but four other people selling shares(fraud).... that don't exist. Taking in $30,000+$75,000+$100,000 and $530,000. The conman took approx $750,000 from banks and filed bankruptcy. Now collecting food stamps(fraud). All within three years. I know there other people he took hard earned money from. It is my wish that more people will stand up for themselves. Experience and knowledge makes a difference.

Be careful signing any intake form as Mr. Wallach will claim any payment you make to him is a nonrefundable retainer. He took my adoption case for three weeks before I decided not to proceed with the case due to my children's well-being. Mr. Wallach refused to return the $3500 I had paid up front a...nd claimed it was a nonrefundable fee after I asked to discontinue his services. I offered to pay for the services he billed to date but he refused to send me an invoice and I filed a complaint against him with the Florida Bar. In summary, I would advise with checking with the Florida Bar for any recent complaints.

Mr. Wallach was there every step of the way for our daughter's step parent adoption. He made the process extremely simplistic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process.
