Burce, after a discussion on the phone billed my father for a document I had not instructed him to create. He then would not return three attempts to discuss this $450 bill that my father eventually paid. I felt we were charged because he could and the document delivered was a glorified bolier plate document that took a fraction of the time we were billed. It was his office not returning numerous attempts to discuss the billing that upset me. It was both but there not returning numerous calls was very unprofessional. He had acutally instructed me to contact the insurance company and request from them the document he later created and billed the $450 for. He's a billing machine and if you have a question about a billing situation he's not to forthcoming or accomodating discussing his hourly time involved.. I don't like being billed when I shouldn't have been. I never directd his office to create the document in question.
