Can my landlord still evict me if the property I have been renting has been in forclosure and as of June 1, 2011 this property

It seems more likely that the property has been foreclosed upon, and that it has been sold at foreclosure. If a short sale had occurred, the Landlord, being the Owner, would have been a party to the transaction, and the Lender who foreclosed would have had to agree to the short sale. If the Landlord filed an objection to the sale, it was probably because he/she had a contract for short sale with a potential buyer, but the Lender, who filed the foreclosure, never agreed to the terms of the...
