I was referred to Mr. Ruster by two close friends. They were so right. Anyone dealing or going through a divorce knows the mental rollar coaster you endure. I was guided with honesty and professionalism by Mr. Ruster the entire way. With up-most respect for him, I encourage anyone going through the transition to employ him and his excellent team. The communication is superior between client and staff and the whole office deserves a superior rating.
I hired this attorney based off word of mouth. And boy was I wrong. One of the worst decisions I've made and a big waste of money. Line by line I could see where my money went with his line item bill, but hardly anything happened.
Greg has no interest in working for his money. his only concern is having his bookkeeper line item his bill in order to use up your retainer. he went thru my $5000 and had nothing to show except a line item bill of phone calls to my wife's lawyer. i met with him for a total of 90 minutes and we had NO court dates and poof $5000 gone. he is one of those guys that will take your money and not even know your name. he seems to be all about the numbers. he told me in my first meeting i would be paying my wife for life... well i fired him and i settled my own divorce and i'm only paying her for six months and its over.. wow thank god i fired him just think of the money i saved. Mr. Ruster was my divorce lawyer and was not helpful to my cause at all. He seemed to just want to go along with my ex-wife's lawyer and I am stuck in a very bad lifelong divorce decree. I've spoken to a number of lawyers since my divorce and they all say that Mr. Ruster should never have allowed me to sign an agreement like that.
