Can I withhold rent if both the Realtor and Landlord did not disclose damage & repairs are ongoing after 4 weeks?

Typically before a residential tenant in Florida can begin withholding rent, the tenant must deliver written notice to the landlord of the intent to withhold rent. This is done by a 7 day notice. I may buy a foreclosure at a Pinellas County, Florida auction. I want to know what liens are removed by the foreclosure process.

Not necessarily. As the judgment states, the only liens that are removed by the foreclosure action are those of the defendant(s) named in the lawsuit. For instance, if the foreclosure action did not name a junior lien holder (i.e. a second or perhaps a third mortgage) as a defendant, that junior lien holder would still have a lien on the property.
