I would be interested to know the terms and provisions contained within the expressed language of your lease. There are certain implied warranties that are found within the law concerning the lease of a residence. Did you provide your landlord with notice of your intention to break the lease? Is the landlord aware of the safety issues? It would be in your best interest to consult with a general practice attorney or landlord /tenant attorney in Pinellas County. You can contact the Florida...

It would be prudent to consult with a personal injury attorney licensed in your jurisdiction. Most offer a free consultation and at the very least you can inquire as to the potential value of your claim. -Matt www.dolmanlaw.com

i always prefer to have pictures available as they can illustrate the property damage in a simple manner. Pictures tell a story that simple words cannot. However, it is not at all a necessity and most personal injury firms retain the services of an investigator who may be able to locate the vehicle and take pictures of the damage. It is in your best interest to contact a personal injury attorney licensed in California to assist you with a potential claim/cause of action. Keep in mind that...

I would recommend that you contact a Medical Malpractice Attorney in your jurisdiction. Most med-mal Attorneys offer a free consultation. The controlling question (if this issue occurred in Florida) is whether the Mayo Clinic and the physicians treating you at such clinic deviated from the standard of care that can be expected of such a facility or a physician of like kind specialty. I am not a Minnesota Attorney and would recommend that you consult with one at your earliest convenience.

I would advise you to contact an attorney who regularly handles probate and will contests and is licensed in florida. Although, this is obviously not a probate issue, an attorney who regularly handles contested probate and will proceedings; is experienced in dealing with and potentially litigating against beneficiaries who may in fact be alleging undue influence. -Matt

It would be prudent to consult with a personal injury attorney that handles federal cases in your jurisdiction (Vermont). Please keep in mind that sovereign immunity laws apply and many attorneys will be hesitant to get involved as such laws limit attorney fees that can be earned. I wish you the best of luck

The attorney must be able to demonstrate whether the medical provider deviated from the established standard of care. In turn, the failure to adhere to the standard of care must be causally related to your son's injuries (damage to teeth) and he/she must prove that in turn he has suffered tangible damages. Medical...

I would recommend that you contact a licensed attorney in Tennessee. In Florida (where I am licensed) you could potentially be responsible based on the Dangerous Instrumentality doctrine. Essentially you would be vicariously liable for the wrongdoing of the individual who operated the automobile. However, your defense if that you no longer constructively owned the automobile and likely would prevail on this issue so long as you can prove that this vehicle was effectively signed over and that...
