Challenge it - by hiring a traffic attorney. Check out the link to a memo released last year by the FHP director that directs all troopers to cease enforcement of headlight flashing violations.

There is no set court fee, but you may end up paying more than the face value of the ticket because you don't know what you are doing. Failure to see an emergency vehicle is not a valid defense to this citation (mainly because there is 99.9% chance that the issuing officer will testify that the overhead lights were on and you either failed to move over when you had the opportunity to do so, or in the event that you were blocked in by traffic, you failed to slow down to the speed required by...

  3. Is there a way to get a list for the most affordable Traffic Attorney in Jacksonville FL.?

You may end up paying the most affordable attorney a non-refundable fee and end up in the same position, if that cheap attorney doesn't know what he/she is doing. Generally, the fees quoted by reputable and experienced lawyers are much less than the insurance premiums that you will pay over the next decade due to being classified as a habitual traffic offender.

Yes, you can file a motion to remove the points (to withhold adjudication). However, due to the fact that this is affecting your ability to obtain employment, I highly recommend that you hire an attorney to for this motion - so that you get it done right the first time.

You probably elected driving school for the offense and failed to complete the school. If this is the case, your daughter will need to complete the course and pay a suspension fee and/or reinstatement fee. See link below to confirm basis of suspension.

If you are being difficult or evasive, the Court will typically interpret such behavior as being a "not guilty" plea. The type of legal arguments that you are trying to assert may result in you being classified as a "sovereign citizen," which is not recommended for many reasons. Mainly, those arguments are rarely successful and you may end up on a "list" somewhere (FBI considers sovereigns to be a domestic terror threat / extremist group - see article link below). Good luck.

Did you request a hearing before a Judge in writing, or did you just ask the Clerk for a Judge? If you don't want to hire an attorney, look up the applicable rules and draft a motion requesting a transfer to County Court Judge - or just hire an Orlando ticket attorney and have them do this for you.

Yes, you can appeal the case, but you only have a limited time period to file an appeal. The Clerk's office should be able to assist you with this process.

You should always consult with a criminal defense attorney before making any statements to a police officer. Any statements you made could be used against you in a future criminal proceeding.
