Early Term - Probation

No early termination of probation is a typical term in the agreement to plead down from a trafficking charge in Pinellas County. However, if you recall that was not a term and not discussed in court ,you should order a copy of the original plea colloquy. If it is not on the record you will have a basis to re-petition for early termination. If your case is in Pinellas County I'd be glad to help you get the needed transcript and prepare a petition.

Arrest records, including mugshots, are public information. And it is not illegal for websites like mugshots.com to scrape the information and publish it on their website. Even if a record has been sealed or expunged, these third party websites may have already collected and published the arrest information. My husband is bipolar. He violated his probation and is in jail from last 34 days. Now he is charged with domestic battery.

Based upon the facts in your question, your boyfriend may have a valid defense. It is not illegal to change doctors. I would be interested in what his diagnosis is, how long has he had the problem and how many doctors has he seen. I would suggest retaining an attorney quickly who can be proactive with the State Attorneys Office. If, as you state, it was not part of your sentence, you do not need to complete the class as part of probation. Your probation officer can clear this up for you. After 5 years you may be eligible for a hardship license under a very difficult DMV supervision plan. In order to have a hardship license you will have to complete DUI Level II and navigate several other requirements by the DMV.
