The person who is acting as your "administrative prosecutor" also happens to be the person who decides whether or not to uphold your suspension. I think you should start by making a Police Report and file a request for criminal charges with the State Attorney's in the Florida county where you live. Be sure to save your evidence since craigslist may have destroyed it already. I would also send a letter to craigslist demanding that they save all of the evidence of this crime in their possession.
